David W. Hood Trucking, Inc. is located in Jeffersonville, Indiana five minutes north of Louisville, Kentucky. This company was
founded in 1958. David began driving trucks for his Father after he was discharged from the Army . David purchased his own "B" Model Mack
and a 30’ Great Dane refrigerated trailer and began hauling fresh fruits and vegetable from Florida growers to The Chicago
Markets and East Coast produce terminals. This proud tradition continues today with a
fourth generation of Hoods' daily
involvement.
